Florida Standard Jury Instructions - Civil.
In the "good" old days, cutting and pasting Jury Instructions, in the frantic atmosphere of the end of a trial, was a real burden. I can remember late nights, huddled over a typewriter with a paralegal, and typing and retyping. The Instruction conference was a nightmare as well. Thanks to the Internet, the Florida Supreme Court has made those days a thing of the past. All of the current Jury Instructions are online, in word processor format. Just cut and paste with the computer, and create a complete set of Instructions without scissors. And, since the Instructions are updated online, you always know you are working with the correct Instructions. If your State hasn't done this yet, show them the Florida site.
