How the iPhone Could End Up In Second Place - iPhone - Gizmodo.

Beep, beep! The iPhone is going to be in the minority as to mobile phone usage share by next month. The winner? Android, of course. Hey, there are a whole lot of Android phones out there, and they are open source. If you want to drink the iPhone Kool Aid, be my guest. However, all those Android users can't be wrong. Of course, it also means that Droid and Nexus One are real competitors to iPhone. I like the iPhone's form factor and apps; I hate its network, and its lack of customizability under the hood. Some people may like that Apple has the iPhone locked down so tight. To each his own.
