Apple Sues Motorola Over Multi-touch Phone Infringement | News & Opinion | PCMag.com. These are heady times to be an IP lawyer. Motorola sues Apple. Apple sues Motorola. Apple sues everybody. Motorola counter-sues. I am getting a headache. Apple and Motorola need to get a grip. Consumers don't care whom we lawyers are representing. They care about phones, and features, and usability, and cost, and battery life. If something like the way you touch a phone screen can be patented, innovation will cease. So, let's everybody just get along, can't we?
