San Francisco bans Happy Meals - latimes.com. in the category for "Are You Kidding Me?" the winner is the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, which has banned any kids meal which contains a toy, and has more than set levels of calories and fat.This is the same Board of Supervisors that, in 2006, banned styrofoam food containers, and decriminalized marijuana. Seriously?

Technically, I would think, marijuana is a vegetable. So, you should be able to combine it with a Happy Meal in San Fran and meet the requirements to sale a Happy Meal with a toy.

Has to be decent stuff though. Otherwise it's still brown and you definitely need some green on that plate
