Get A Free IPhone 3GS On December 10th? I Don't Think So

Best Buy Will Give You a Free iPhone 3GS on December 10th...Apparently. Actually, you can get an iPhone 3GS at Best Buy this Friday only; but, it really isn't FREE. You get the phone; but, you have to sign up with AT&T for a two year contract. Ugh. BestBuy, RadioShack and other retailers are really trying to unload the AT&T iPhones before the Verizon Wireless roll out early next year. Now, if they give me the phone AND agree to pay for the first year of service, I might consider this. But, you know that won't happen, and I am very happy with my Android phone, thank you very much. If you have been drooling over the idea of getting an iPhone, though, don't get the 3GS on AT&T. Suck it up, and wait for the iPhone 4 coming to Verizon next year. Remember, the definition of maturity is the ability to postpone pleasure.
