Apple Might Have to Stop Selling Products That Use iCloud in Germany Because of Motorola. Apple should be careful what it wished for, and careful with whom it picks a fight. Now that Motorola is in the ring, Apple's patent claims are seeming weaker than ever. Motorola has convinced a German Judge that Apple doesn't have the right to use "iCloud", (at least, at the preliminary injunction level) and the claim might morph into a worldwide ban. The iPhone might have a problem if it can't send data to the "iCloud". Suddenly, my Motorola Bionic running Android's OS is feeling better in my hand. Apple, just back off, and the rest of the community will also. You will be much better served by spending your money on your innovative products. Can't we all just get along?
