Verizon Wireless Experiencing Nationwide Data Outage

Verizon Wireless Experiencing Nationwide Data Outage | TekGoblin. Say it ain/t so, Verizon! I have a brand new Galaxy Nexus, and I have to use WiFi to get data. Bummer. The phone works fine; but, I can't test the 4G data access. Could it be that the millions of phones, both iPhone and Android, are taxing the system? This is the second nationwide outage in two weeks. If it continues, any bragging rights and credibility Verizon had could go by the wayside. You just can't trust anything anymore. The good news is that I use the thing mostly at the office and at home, and I have WiFi in both places. The bad news is the outage has hit my old phone, the Bionic, and my tablet as well. Anybody else out there having the problem?
