Galaxy Note - Is It A Phone Or A Tablet?

In case you were wondering what the Apple fan in line in the Super Bowl Commercial teaser was pointing at, this is it. At least that is the speculation. Samsung is announcing the Note on Sunday at the game, with a ninety second commercial. The phone is a crossover, which may reduce the need for many people to carry both a phone and a tablet, and the pen interface may become a killer feature. Here is a demo from CES:
