My wallet is open, Google, now hand over Project Glass - SlashGear. As I anxiously await my Android watch from I'm Watch to be delivered next week, I came across this article about Project Glass from Google. Sergey Brin was recently seen wearing a prototype of these glasses at a charity event. Expected to be shown in June at Google IO, and on the market towards the end of 2012 or the beginning of 2013, the glasses include a tiny display above the right eye. Like the Android Watch, they will likely be wirelessly tethered to an Android phone, and convey information to the wearer. Some rumors are that eye tracking will be used to make choices on screen. In the future, you will be wearing something like these to augment your view of reality. What if you got a complete history of a Judge you were arguing in front of on screen in your glasses? Do legal research on the fly during argument? This is a far cry from the FutureLawyer dream of an implanted chip that hooks into the optic nerve; but, hey, we have to save some innovation for the future, right?
