However, as my practice moved to the cloud, insofar as calendaring, email, and social media, and my practice moved away from complex litigation, I found that I had less and less need for a full blown case management system, and I got tired of all the syncing problems. So, I needed a List making and reminder app for all my legal and personal tasks that synced to the cloud, and was available on all my devices simultaneously. I found Remember The Milk, which works on the desktop, and each of my Android devices, and for which there is a widget that sits on my Google Calendar. Nothing fancy; but, when I have a task that I am not doing right now, it is a great way to create a reminder that will be in my face on all my devices. Simple, inexpensive, and it works. I have tried them all, and I keep coming back to Remember the Milk.

Check out the new Sticky Notes extension for Evernote. I use to put two to-do lists, one personal and one business, as the first two notes on Evernote on all of my devices, and then two Sticky Notes appear on my computers, all synced. The ultimate to-do list in my view!
