6 Best Video Calling Android Apps That Aren't Google Talk Or Hangouts
6 Best Video Calling Android Apps | AndroidTapp.
Let's get this out of the way. I don't do a lot of video calling on my phones or computers. As one of the millions of citizens with a face and body made for radio, I prefer the voice only communication that permits both participants to exercise their fantasy lives and paint pictures in their heads. However, Google Hangouts and Skype are my favorite methods of video enabled conversations, and they are always superior to voice only, if only because they mimic person to person meeting environments. In fact, instead of getting in my car, driving to the courthouse this afternoon, sitting in a courtroom waiting for my case to be called, and doing a hearing in person, there is no question that it would be far more efficient if the Judge, opposing counsel, and myself, could have the hearing in a Google Hangout. Or, we could do a Skype group call. Or, we could use another competing service that allowed us to view documents and pleadings on screen. But, alas, by the time the court system catches up, I will be long retired; although, I hope, not dead.
