Sony Xperia Tablet Z Hands On: Thin, Light, and Very Promising.
The Mobile World Congress 2013 has begun in Barcelona, Spain, and the biggest news so far is the announcement by Sony of the long awaited thinnest Android tablet in the world. At under 7 mm thick, the Xperia Tablet Z is so thin it could slice tomatoes. It is also waterproof, and you can dunk it in a jar of water with no ill effects. It will have other high end specs, and, at $499, it won't be out of reach. The screen is amazing, and 20% brighter than the latest iPads. The software isn't there yet; but we are still a couple of months from the official delivery date.
