The true annoying glory of wearing Google Glass to the mall | Technically Incorrect - CNET News. How annoying is it when you are wearing your Google Glass at the mall, and people constantly think you are talking to them? Apparently, annoying enough. I thought I had it bad when I am walking in the store and my Jabra Stone 3 earset rings, and I say: "Answer", and begin a phone call. I must look like a refugee from the mental hospital; but, at least I am not wearing a pair of Google Glass that makes me look like a Borg. Well, maybe a baby Borg. Anyway, Google Glass is starting to get a bad reputation, and people are either avoiding Glass wearers or banning them from public places. Actually, I don't know what is more annoying in this photo: the guy wearing Google Glass, or the guy sitting next to him looking at his phone as if it were a hanging chad. Since there are many wearable devices that can film unsuspecting humans around the wearer, it is instructive that Glass is getting all the attention. Wearing them is a bit like saying: "I am rich. I am entitled. I am in your face. Go ahead, make my day." Let's be classy out there.
