I don't make as much money as a medium or large sized firm partner; but, I also don't have to have discussions about firm "culture", and attend meetings with marketing consultants, and other people who hold themselves out as experts in law firm marketing or "business development strategy". My strategy consists of doing the best I can for my clients every day, and being myself as often as possible. Law practice is a personality trait; not a job that requires a title and a marketing consultant. At least, that's how I see it. How about you?
