LG Watch Sport review | TechRadar. I added a new Smart Watch to the collection yesterday; primarily because it is one of only two Smart Watches that already have Android 2.0 installed. While I don't like the fact that I have to keep the silicone watch band since the phone antenna is in it, it is a rugged, water resistant, GPS, Phone, NFC capable watch that will take anything you throw at it, and do anything you want a watch to do. Android 2.0 is smooth, quick and beautiful, and I will wear this watch as much as my Tizen based Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. The Gear S3 is better looking, and the ceramic black band I added gives it a much dressier look; but, I love Google Assistant and Google's much better search function. This watch can download software on its own, and really is a phone replacement, if that is what you want. Leave the phone at home, and you can do anything with the Sport that you can do on the phone; albeit on a smaller screen. I will still carry my huge Phab 2 Pro, because I love the big 6.4 inch screen. But, when I want to go light, this watch will allow me to do it. "OK Google", which watch should I wear today?
