While I think that this restaurant is making a mistake, by dissing many of its customers, it begs the question. Who died and made this restaurant owner the arbiter of customer tastes? If it is too cheap to buy WiFi, say so. But, since when do food purveyors get to be the moral arbiters of customer behavior? Hey, I get it. There are many modern persons who lack personal communication skills. But, you don't get to tell me when or how to use my personal devices. Now, I have a dilemma. Use the WiFi built in to my phone to access the net on my laptop, and sit at one of your tables for an hour computing happily; or, go across the street to a restaurant that doesn't want to act morally superior to me, and try to tell me how to live my life. Jeez.
