I have one of these in my office, and another in my home office. While I use the Scan to Folder option and identify documents and scan them to Client folders immediately, Ernie scans to Evernote, and organizes them later. The idea here is to organize your paperless office and scan and shred most of the paper that comes into your office. I scan receipts, documents, insurance policies, and just about any document that comes across my desk. I now have 10 years of documents stored on my document, and backed up to a USB storage drive.
