The future is not machines, but machine enabled humans.. This is a great take on the big debate of the Twenty-First Century - Artificial Intelligence and its effect on humanity over the next hundred years. We have been looking at this problem in the wrong way. It isn't AI and machines that are going to be the problem; it is the machine enabled humans that will use the machines for nefarious purposes. Admittedly, the machines can, and will, be used to make humanity greater; but, as with all technology and machines since the beginning of time, it is the evil that men do that should be most worrisome. Machine enabled humans can do much damage, and our civilization should be focusing on limiting the damage that humans armed with machines can do; not trying to limit the development of technology. That, as we should know from history, is a fool's errand. Man shouldn't be fighting machines; we should be controlling their use.
