Slashdot | Coffee Can Reduce the Risk of Alzheimer's.
Does too much coffee reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's Disease in older adults? Does too much coffee cause hallucinations in coffee drinkers? Is another medical warning going to change your behavior? NOT. First, we heard that coffee was good for your heart. Then, it wasn't good for your heart. Now, it can cause hallucinations. Or, it can prevent Alzheimer's. I drink 6 to 8 cups of coffee a day. The good stuff. The only hallucinating I do is seeing ghostly men and women in Doctor smocks with hypodermics in their hands coming at me with medical predictions of doom and gloom. Give it a rest. Coffee is my drug of choice. Leave me alone.
