Link: Web-Tones: It is the Platform Stupid!. When I want to think big thoughts, I turn to Carlos Leyva and the WebTones blog. He comes from a big corporate environment, and he is tuned in to the marvelous changes in information access that the new interactive web provides. Why is this important to we solo lawyers? Well, pilgrim, the Internet is the great equalizer, and the new developments make the size of the firm irrelevant. Think about it.

Link: Solosez - Resources for Solo and Small Firm Practitioners. Here is the ABA solo email list referred to by Jennifer Rose in her recent comments to my post about GPSolo magazine. Both the list and the magazine are great resources. Sololawyer isn't designed to compete, but to compliment such resources. The YahooGroup is intended to be a place where we solos and small firm lawyers can bounce ideas off of each other in a congenial environment. Be nice.
BTW, Jennifer has given many years of hard work to the magazine and the Bar, and is running for Secretary of the Division. If you are a member of the ABA, don't forget to vote for her at the annual meeting in San Francisco.
