Unfortunately, the radio transmission has no encryption it's quite easy to catch the transmission ans send it back to the computer. Look at the transmission:

I'm only going by the product description but it seems to me even if it does pick up the signal from the button thing all it does it pop up a password prompt. So u still need to know the password.

All i can think is that its basically a screensaver with password that is the equivalent of having it on a really quick timer.
