Webaroo - Search the Web OffLine

Webaroo is an offline caching software application that  saves web information for users,and syncs to their computer's hard drive for later access. This creates a web like surfing experience, even when the user isn't connected to the Web. It's free, and looks like a good alternative for users who don't have an Internet connection everywhere they are. My question is whether it can be used to package legal related news and information for later retrieval. I will try it out, and let you know.
