I hesitated before mentioning that FutureLawyer got an Honorable Mention in Dennis Kennedy's Third Annual Best Law-Related Blogging Awards, for Legal Tech Blogs. Then, I remembered that I am a shameless opportunist, have never won any other awards, and that my mother always said, and I quote: "If you don't toot your own horn, nobody else will". Yes, she really said that, and still does today, going strong at 85. I hope that I can live up to Dennis' high opinion in 2007, and that is at the top of my New Year's Resolution list. Since, however, my list has included "lose weight", and "get a real job" for more years than I care to admit, I wouldn't hold your breath. Peace in the New Year.
