Link: Death By Email: The Secret is Out.
Here is a cautionary tale from Roger Matus, about the necessity to be careful with email. If you are, as I am, using email for confidential attorney-client communications, and also communicating with opposing counsel, be VERY careful before you click that send button. Using email is like driving a car; accidents happen when you let down your guard. Always be conscious of where your emails are going, and re-read them before you send them.
When it comes to something that is important beyond important, I've found that it's best to go back to good old, sealed letter mail. Nothing like a traditional carbon paper cc in times of great urgency.
