No ethernet port, sealed case so that you can't substitute your own battery or hard drive. The decision is a no brainer for me. Of course, I am content with Windows. Like an old married couple, my PCs and I have our flaws; but, we have learned to live with them, and we don't have to worry about stepping out on each other. When Apple wants to join the rest of the world, and open up its systems, it will sell a lot more computers.
