It is a prime example of what the Internet and Web 2.0 can accomplish. The site offers free, detailed information about real property, although its database in not yet broad-based enough. It concentrates on several coastal states. Luckily, my State, Florida, is included. It doesn't pretend to estimate market value, like Zillow, but merely pulls together complete property data reports.
