reQall.
I don't know about you, but some of the important things I need to remember come to me in some strange places. ReQall is a free service that uses the cell phone that you always have tethered to your hip or pocket. You call the ReQll phone number and tell the automated operator voice whether you want to Add something, Recall something, or Share something. So, if She Who Must Be Obeyed tells you to bring home a loaf of bread, on pain of death, you just call the number and say "Add - Bring Home A Loaf of Bread". In a few minutes you will get an email, (or text as you prefer) with a transcribed message. This is very cool, and free, unless you want to spring for $25 a year for the Pro version, which has a "push" feature that will push reminders to the front of the line depending on your location, using your mobile phone GPS, if you have it. I could just enter new tasks and appointments on my smartphone while I am out and about, and sync them to the computer when I get back to the office; however, this is very cool, and there are add-ons for iPhone and Outlook, which will add items while you are mobile. The share feature is very cool, also, because I can now send reminders to my secretary, along with the mobile dictation I am already sending.
