Chuck Newton: Meet The OfficePOD.  Chuck Newton is always coming up with new ways to get work done without interruptions at home. Usually, they involve something like the POD this post is about. However, they always cost a lot of money. This little room that sits in the back yard costs $25,000. I hope that, if they put one of these in Florida, they put in air conditioning. I practice half time at an office (converted private residence), and half the time here at home. However, I got privacy at home because She Who Must Be Obeyed, and They Who Must Be Surly, moved me and all of my stuff into the garage. God knows what they do in the house, but I spent a couple of grand out here, and, now my garage is a den, with plenty of room for my computers and  books and a TV and a big easy chair, and an air conditioner. In fact, sometimes, my little room AC performs better than the central units in the house. And, I can lock the door. And, I can get work done. And, as long as they can't or won't come out here, I won't spend any more money. So, if you have enough money to buy an OfficePod, how about a loan?
