Rick,

As one of the Mac guys on the web, I like following your blog as it is decidedly not-Mac. But, I have to take issue with the statement that Apple is becoming isolated in an open source mobile tech world.

First, there's nothing isolated about millions and millions of mobile devices out there. Apple sold over $8.5 million iPhones just in the last quarter.

Second, there's nothing open source about Adobe or Flash & PDF and everything open source about H.264, HTML5 and CSS (for web authoring).

Finally, I think that you are being fair about this, but the number of non-iPhones running Flash is the exact number of iPhones running Flash right now.

Keep up the good work. I do like this blog.

Victor
