Android tablet army starts to form | ZDNet.
Apple is about to have some serious competition for the iPad. Cheaper, more functional tablet computers running the open source Android OS will be coming out in the next few months. As with smartphones, they will capitalize on the openness of the OS, and will contain features left out of the iPad, like USB ports, and removable batteries, and SD card storage. Forward, march!
