Facebook Litigation Heats Up

Facebook %u2018Suspects%u2019 Zuckerberg Contract Was %u2018Forged%u2019 | Epicenter�| Wired.com. The Work For Hire Contract pursuant to which Mark Zuckerberg has been sued has been posted online. Facebook's attorneys are raising laches and forgery defenses to the document. Given that Facebook has become a billion dollar company, the issue of ownership is a lawyer's dream or nightmare case, depending on which side you are on. Mr. Zuckerberg is no stranger to litigation surrounding the formation of Facebook, and I hope that the trial is televised. It should be fascinating to watch a garden variety breach of contract case get the exposure this one will.
