Electronic Communications, Privacy, Data Protection, and More: What is the "iPad for Lawyers" Crowd Smoking?. At last, someone is saying that the Emperor has no clothes. While I don't own or use an IPad, I do own and use an Android Tablet every day, about which I have blogged. It is great for on the go web browsing and reading newspapers online, and some light email. However, I strongly agree with Venkat that tablets will never replace a light notebook computer running a full OS like Windows 7 or Mac OS, for real work, and real efficiency. BTW, Venkat, I could tell you what I think the Lawyer iPad and Tablet crowd is smoking; but, I won't.
