Windows 8 In-Depth, Part 3: Windows Explorer. When Windows 8 goes live next year, it will be the tablet interface overhaul that gets the most press. However, Windows users spend a lot of time in the guts of their systems searching and organizing files. And, for that, they use Windows Explorer. I think that I have the "Windows key, E key" combination somewhere in my DNA, I have punched it so many times.
