How to download Windows 8.1 Preview | PCWorld.
Against my better judgment, I am linking you to the Windows 8.1 Preview download page. Remember, I told you not to download it yet; it is beta, and it could very well break your machine. Hey, even release previews and regular Windows can break your machine. Do you trust Microsoft or any software manufacturer? Let's put it this way, I am not downloading this on the machine I rely on for my law practice. If you have a spare machine with Windows 8 that you don't care about, then give it a whirl. Otherwise, read about it, and then don't do it.
