Voice-enabled tablets are selling like hotcakes | Pocketnow. Okay, I have done some pretty radical experiments in the gadget arena. However, I try to practice at home, and don't go out in public. No, bozo, I am not talking about that. I am talking about big, honking tablet phones that are becoming the next big thing. Lord, I hope not. While, after a while, my Note 3 phablet seemed natural next to my face, I draw the line at bigger than my face. In fact, that looks like a weapon to me. Would you wear this phone? Connect it to a SmartWatch or Bluetooth earset and I can live with it.
For part 2 of nearly equal absurdity, when I was in Spain and Morocco last month, I saw numerous people using their iPads (and presumably a few Android tablets) as their primary cameras. Convenience lost out to perceived coolness and both lost out to commone sense.
