WordPerfect Office Tips & Tricks - Tips & Tricks. While correspondence on paper is a dying breed, lawyers and professionals still need to send written correspondence on a regular basis. Quality laser printers have made the process of letterhead creation easy, and it can be done in any modern computer with laser printer attached. Using the Template option in WordPerfect X7 allows the creation of a Header containing the Letterhead information, which can be inserted at the top of any new correspondence. No more pulling a professionally printed piece of expensive stationery out of a box, inserting it into a typewriter and typing manually. I still have a couple of old electronic typewriters around the office as conversation pieces; and, I suspect some of you are young enough never to have seen one in action. Type on.
