Windows Catches Up To The Vision. Microsoft was dragged, kicking and screaming, into the cloud. Now, with the introduction of a scalable Windows 10, and the promise of apps that run on any device, and phones that plug into any monitor and bluetooth keyboard and act like computers, it looks like Microsoft may have created an operating system that is truly universal. What if a pair of virtual reality glasses called Hololens could run any Windows app, and follow the user around as he goes through the day; apps that the user manipulates with a wave of the hand?
