France Launches French Tech Ticket, A Startup Visa For Foreign Entrepreneurs | TechCrunch. Uh, France. Your politicians and police had better get on the same page. French politicians want to encourage tech startups, and are creating incubators in Paris, giving work visas, cash grants and free office space to tech entrepreneurs. Of course, France also just arrested the executives in charge of Uber in France for operating an illegal taxi service and hiding digital documents. Oops. I am sure that tech geniuses everywhere are just salivating at the possibility of operating a tech startup in France. I wonder if they can get a cell next to the Uber executives?
