But, the benefits can be significant if you do it. My SSD for my tablet is only 128 GB. While I have a Micro SD that adds another 128 GB, my boot drive was running out of space. By deleting the old Windows installation, I gained back 8 GB of storage. Outstanding.

Plug one end into the SSD drive, and the other into a USB 3.0 port. I can't wait to see how fast I can image my 128 Gigs of programs and data. I should be able to fit 2or 3 rotating drive images on the drive, and it will be 10 to 15 times faster. Eureka.
