Why I am sticking with my Note 4. The Note 5 is a failure.. It appears that the FutureLawyer isn't the only power user who isn't upgrading from Note 4 to Note 5. Other than the obvious: the Note 5 is sealed and you can't swap the battery, it would appear that spending $700 for a phone that has 7% less battery life isn't appealing to a user base that probably uses their phone more than the average person. I love the Note 4, and it is smooth, fast, and capable. I can carry a couple of extra batteries in my briefcase, and get through a long weekend without power. It has a beautiful screen, a fast processor, and access to more software than a human could ever download and use. So, if you are a late adopter, you can probably buy a Note 4 much more cheaply than a Note 5 and I promise a wonderful experience.
