One of the coolest things about the Gear VR glasses, which use the Note 5 or Galaxy S6 as a screen and engine, is the increasing number of tour videos of interesting places in the world. These 5 to 10 minute videos are narrated tours of some of the coolest places on earth. You can go there without going there. The newest video, for the holidays, is this tour of the White House. It is interesting in 2D; but spectacular in VR.
