Nice to see you kept an open mind. I got the Note 5 when it first appeared at Verizon and never looked back. Every phone I buy I get a case and frankly, rarely ever swapped the battery even though I had a spare. It was always easier to simply plug the phone into a wall/portable charger. I have been a fan of the Galaxy Note line for several iterations. I jot down notes all the time. And now they appear in EverNote too. What's not to love? Perhaps Samsung should bring back the SD card slot in the Note 6 for file versatility and expansion. In the meantime, internal storage of 64GB helps to offset the loss of the removable data storage. But bringing back the removable battery is not critical to me except as a way to replace a battery after a year of use. I usually get a new phone before I notice any loss of battery longevity so I have not shed a tear for the loss of that feature. Enjoy your new Note.
