A Lawyer Addressed Justice Ginsburg By The Wrong Name. Her Response Was Perfect.. I am certain that if I ever got the opportunity to make an argument before the U.S. Supreme Court, I would be petrified. If I then called a Justice by the wrong name, I would wish the floor opened up and swallowed me. However, this poor lawyer did both, and he still might win the case. Good thing Justice Ginsburg has a sense of humor.
