Family Library on Google Play is official and going live today. Soon, Google users will be able to share books, music, games and other content with a subscription to Google's new Family Library. Up to six family members will be able to share content with each other. Excuse me? Does Google have any concept about modern American families? SWMBO and She Who Will Someday Be Obeyed would rather get a root canal than read the books and magazines that FutureLawyer reads. And, I really don't want to read stuff about cats, foodie recipes, modern music culture, or ladies' fashion tips. In fact, if we didn't have different TVs in different rooms in the house, we would be at each other's throats about entertainment choices all the time. Google, what are you thinking? For instance, what American family sits on the couch sharing content on a single tablet like the one in this Google photo? Are you kidding me?
