Google's Phone app now shows a warning about spam callers and makes it easy to block and report them [APK Download]. There are third party apps that notify users of spam calls, and provide a means to block them; but, Google is now offering the solution within the official phone app. Be looking for the upgrade soon. If you can't wait, you can download and install the APK file now. Suspected spam will now be shown in a big red banner, and you will have the option to block the call. Useful.
