1. I converted my stand-by laptop. Apparently with no problems. All my usual programs seem to work fine: Wordperfect, NitroPro, AVG, Everything GOOGLE, MsgExtract, Grammarly, FTR Gold, Neat scanner direct into NitroPro, Brother wireless printer, several stand-alone backup drives, wireless mouse,

2. I am leaving my day-to-day laptop in W7.

3. I bought a Surface Pro4 for travel, and it comes with 10. I find working with this 10 easier for some reason than the converted laptop. But that may say more about the SP4 than the Dell.

So there you go.
