'Pokemon Go' Players Accidentally Cross Illegally Into U.S. From Canada - NBC News. This article contains some real life incidents where Pokemon Go players are getting into real life problem situations. My favorite are the two Canadian kids who accidentally crossed into the U.S. Immigration lawyers, anyone?
I did not say that there is not money to be made because of Pokemon Go, only that my declination to become versed on it due to the possible legal implications of it does not violate any ethical canons, unlike the authors of the prior piece.
Like you, I would rather spend my free time listening to music, riding my bike, and hanging with my family and friends and not chasing legal ghosts because someone said I should, or else I am derelict in my professional responsibilities.
Somewhat related - sad to see that the border patrol on the northern border seems much more vigilant than that on the south.
