Toshiba T1100 Plus Portable - My First Laptop

Toshiba T1100 Plus Portable - RICM. While cleaning out closets at the office Saturday, I came upon my old Toshiba T1000 plus. It won't charge up; but, in the late Eighties, when I bought it, it cost several thousand dollars and was much more portable than anything on the market. Now, it is a 10 pound paperweight. It ran DOS 2.1, and I still have the floppy disk. It also has a 10 megabyte hard drive I paid $900 for in 1988. It has a tiny green screen that is text only; but, I had hundreds of documents on it. I can't bring myself to throw it away. I guess it will have to go back in the closet, with the T1200 I bought later on. It doesn't work either; but, I may try to charge it up.
