FutureLawyer Rule 101 - Never Respond To An Unsolicited Phone Call

PSA: If a Company Is Calling You Unsolicited, It%u2019s Probably a Scam. The operative word here is NEVER. The IRS, government agencies, foreign government potentates, and Microsoft, Apple, and other computer companies will NEVER call you out of the blue, and unsolicited. The chances of an unsolicited phone call being designed to offer you something free or easy or cheap are about the same as winning the lottery in a State where you don't live and never bought a ticket. So, don't fall for it. It is very easy to hang up; or, just say you don't respond to phone calls without a written, paper backup. Don't give them any personal information, and definitely don't give remote access to your computer. Did I say NEVER? I meant it. Just don't.
