Lock Down These Services Now With Two-Factor Authentication. I have been preaching about two factor authentication for computer security for some time. A recent spate of Facebook friends being hacked creates the need to remind you about this. While no security measure is bullet proof, two factor authentication will prevent most Facebook or website hacks that bypass a simple password. In order to spoof your Facebook account, a hacker would need your password, plus a way to get the code sent to your phone via text in a two factor scheme. It can be a pain to get into your account; but, it will prevent most hacking. Facebook friends, get into your account, and enable two factor authentication now, please.
